How long does shipping take?

It depends on the item. Fast Shipping items arrive in about 4–10 business days; Standard Shipping items take about 6–17 business days. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for the exact size and color you choose. Free shipping on orders $35+, otherwise $4.99 standard shipping. See our Shipping page.

Is packaging discreet?

Always. Every order ships in a plain outer package with no lingerie branding and no prices inside.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment. Orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging, so you can wrap them your way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I find my size?

Our sizes are matched to standard US measurements. Each product page lists its measurements and a fit note; bras are listed in US band and cup sizes (for example 34B). Between sizes? Go with the larger one. See the Size Guide for a quick reference, or ask us before you order.

Why does the label say a different size from the one I ordered?

Many of our pieces are made with international sizing, which runs about one size smaller than US sizing. We've already matched each one to US measurements, so a US S may carry an M label. If it fits the measurements on the product page, it's the right size.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Intimate apparel (bras, panties, lingerie sets, bodysuits, teddies, babydolls and similar) is final sale for hygiene reasons, unless it arrives damaged, defective or not as described. Non-intimate sleepwear and loungewear marked Returnable can be returned within 30 days, unworn with tags attached; return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details on our Returns page.
