Shipping policy
Shipping Information
We ship from two warehouses, so delivery time depends on the item. Every product page shows its estimated delivery dates for the size and color you pick, and the same estimate appears in your cart and on your order confirmation.
- Fast US Shipping items (from our US warehouse): about 4–10 business days from order to doorstep.
- International warehouse items: about 5–17 business days from order to doorstep.
- These times include 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
- Discreet packaging: every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no prices inside.
If your order has items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking number by email for each shipment. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.
Holiday shipping
For delivery before Christmas, order Standard Shipping items by Friday, December 4 and Fast Shipping items by Friday, December 11. Holiday carrier volumes can cause small delays, so earlier is always safer.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after its latest estimated date, email admin@satinwhispers.store and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
