Our Return Policy
Every product page tells you whether that item is Returnable or Final sale, so you know before you buy.
Intimate apparel is final sale
For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes bras, bralettes, panties, thongs, lingerie sets, bodysuits, teddies, babydolls, chemises, garters, corsets and any sheer or lace lingerie.
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective or not as described (see below).
Returnable items
- Non-intimate sleepwear and loungewear marked Returnable on the product page, such as satin pajama sets, robes, sleep dresses, rompers and lounge sets.
- Return within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund a return we don't receive.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This applies to every item, including final-sale intimates.
Holiday gifts
Returnable items bought between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
