Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of satinwhispers.store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from Satin Whispers ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full. Your order confirmation email is not acceptance; an order is accepted when it ships.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Our products ship from multiple warehouses, so items may arrive separately. Delivery estimates shown on product pages, in your cart and in emails are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

4. Returns

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is final sale unless it arrives damaged, defective or not as described. Eligible sleepwear and loungewear marked Returnable can be returned as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Product information

We try to describe and show products accurately, including sizing, which we convert to US sizes. Colors can look different on different screens, and fit varies by body and by style. See our Size Guide before ordering.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. One welcome code per customer.

7. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on the Store, including photos, text and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
